Former Calypso Monarch Ta’Zyah O’Connor is set to headline a special concert experience this October with The Rubicon: “Nostalgia,” presented by Ta’Zyah Productions.

Scheduled for Saturday, October 17th, 2026, at the BATCE Auditorium in Trincity, the production places O’Connor at the centre of an evening celebrating music, memory and storytelling.

The concert’s nostalgic theme draws on the enduring relationship between calypso, culture and the moments that define different generations. With a presentation inspired by an earlier era, the event promises to give audiences a different setting in which to experience O’Connor’s artistry.

For the former Calypso Monarch, The Rubicon also represents an opportunity to present himself beyond the competition stage, bringing his music into a full concert production designed around atmosphere and audience experience.

The evening begins at 6PM, with general admission to D’ Grand Stand priced at $250. Patrons can also choose the Westwood Park food-inclusive experience for $350.

Tickets are available through Island E-Tickets, with additional contact information provided by the organisers.

For fans of calypso and live local music, The Rubicon: “Nostalgia” offers another opportunity to experience Ta’Zyah O’Connor in a setting built specifically around his music, performance and artistic journey.
